Pittsburgh wedding photography & videography FAQ
How much do your Pittsburgh wedding photography and videography packages cost?
Wedding photography collections start at $2,300, wedding videography collections at $2,600, and photo + video collections at $4,500. Every collection and add-on is listed above.
Do you travel outside Pittsburgh for weddings?
Travel: Complimentary within 40 miles of Pittsburgh. Beyond that, travel is $0.70 per mile, one way, measured from our home base to your venue.
Is drone coverage included?
It's included in several 8- and 10-hour collections and can be added to others for $250.
Can we get the raw footage from our wedding?
Yes. Raw Footage on Hard Drive is a $350 add-on.
Can we add a second photographer or videographer?
Yes, for $850.
How long does it take to receive our wedding film and photos?
It depends on the collection and season; the Signature videography collection lists 4-week delivery.
How do we reserve our date?
With a retainer. Your date isn't held until we receive it, and the balance is due on the date in your contract.
What if we need to cancel?
Let us know in writing. If you cancel within three months of the wedding, the full balance is due, because we likely can't rebook that date.
What if our date or venue changes?
Tell us at least a week ahead, by phone and email, and we'll confirm everything 7 to 10 days before the wedding.
What if you're sick on our wedding day?
We'll do our best to send a substitute at no extra cost. If we truly can't be there, we refund what you've paid, minus expenses.
Will you bring a second shooter or assistant?
Usually one, and we take care of paying them.
Can we share our film online?
Yes. You can post it, share it, edit it and keep copies. You just can't sell it or register its copyright.
Are there any costs besides the package?
Only reasonable event expenses like parking, destination travel or lodging. We'll talk them through up front and show receipts if you ask.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
If a storm makes the drive home unsafe, we may need a hotel stay, and that's added to your bill.
Can guests take pictures too?
Of course. We may just ask them to skip the flash at a few key moments so your shots come out right.
Will you capture everything on our shot list?
Your list helps us plan, and we'll do our best. Weather, timing and venue rules can affect what's possible.
Do we need to feed your team?
That's up to you. We'll note it in your contract.
Will our film include everything you shot?
We edit for the best moments. If you want every clip, add Raw Footage on Hard Drive for $350.
